Uniting Canadian Cosmetics and Bringing it to the World
|
Beauty Builders Club is our new founder cohort created to bring cosmetic entrepreneurs together—and give you real, steady support while you build. After 10 years of working one-on-one with founders through the Canadian Cosmetic Cluster, we’ve seen the pattern over and over: running a product business can be exciting, but it can also be isolating. You’re making decisions across formulation, packaging, claims, cash flow, marketing, retail, and growth—often with no one in your day-to-day who truly understands the pressure. Beauty Builders Club is designed to change that: a small room of founders who “get it,” guided by the Cluster, with practical conversations that lead to action. This cohort runs January to April, with weekly 60-minute sessions throughout January, February, and March (12 sessions total), followed by an April wrap-up period for momentum and next steps. We keep the group intentionally small—only 10 founders per cohort—so everyone has space to participate, ask questions, and get meaningful input. Each week we tackle one key topic with clear takeaways you can apply immediately, and the side benefit is big: you build relationships with other founders that often turn into collaboration, referrals, and genuine support. We’re not here to compete—we’re here to build together. The weekly topics are built to be practical and founder-focused, including 2026 trends and what’s changing, ingredients and innovation, packaging that sells (and works), regulatory and claims, brand positioning and messaging, marketing for repeat purchases, launch planning, trade shows and selling in person, and export readiness—including how to approach markets like the U.S., Europe, Africa, South America, and Asia, and which trade shows and pathways make sense depending on your category and stage. We also cover the “make-or-break” topics founders actually need: cash flow management, forecasting, inventory planning, payment terms, grant readiness, and hiring and building support—so you finish the program with a clear strategy, not just inspiration. Pricing: Beauty Builders Club is $200/month (billed monthly for three months). If you pay upfront for the full cohort, it’s $150/month—a total of $450 for the three-month program—and you save significantly compared to month-to-month. Spots are limited, and cohorts are intentionally capped at 10 founders to keep it high-value and genuinely supportive. If you’re ready to grow your brand in 2026 with structure, community, and expert guidance—this is your room. Beauty Builders Club 2nd Edition

Our goal with Beauty Builders Club is simple: bring founders together and provide real support. For the past 10 years, much of the Canadian Cosmetic Cluster’s work has been one-on-one with founders — helping people solve problems, make decisions, navigate challenges, and keep moving forward. But we also know something else is true: founders don’t have to do everything alone, and there is enormous value in learning alongside other people who truly understand what it’s like to build a product business from the ground up. The second edition of Beauty Builders Club launches this June in a more concentrated format designed to fit more realistically into founder life. Instead of stretching the program across several months, we’re bringing everyone together for four focused Saturday sessions running approximately 1.5 hours each. Sessions will take place: • Saturdays at 9 AM EST • Saturdays at 9 AM PST If there is enough interest for Sunday sessions, we’re happy to open additional cohorts — just let us know. This Club is designed for founders who are doing everything at once: building products, managing cash flow, handling manufacturing delays, trying to market themselves, navigating supplier instability, staying compliant, figuring out growth, and somehow still trying to maintain a personal life in the middle of all of it. That kind of work can be isolating. Sometimes what you need most is not another webinar or another motivational quote on LinkedIn. Sometimes you need perspective, honest conversations, shared experiences, practical ideas, and a room full of people who genuinely understand the reality of entrepreneurship. Every session is designed to be practical, conversational, and immediately useful. Our goal is for founders to leave with real insights, new ideas, stronger connections, and actionable solutions they can apply to their businesses right away. Beauty Builders Club is also about building relationships — partnerships, collaborations, referrals, accountability, encouragement, and long-term community. Some of the best opportunities in business happen through conversations like these. We’re not here to compete. We’re here to build together. And honestly, together we’re much stronger than alone. Topics We Cover SESSION 1 — Founder Reality: Burnout, Balance & Building Alone Founder burnout, decision fatigue, balancing life and business, emotional labour, relationships, travel, protecting your energy, and the reality of entrepreneurship behind the scenes. SESSION 2 — Cash Flow, Supplier Instability & Manufacturing Realities Running lean, dealing with supplier delays, manufacturing realities, MOQ challenges, budgeting, scaling carefully, and surviving unstable economic conditions. SESSION 3 — Branding on a Budget + AI Tools for Scale Modern branding strategies, building visibility without massive budgets, founder marketing, AI tools, workflow support, automation, and using technology to scale smarter. SESSION 4 — Growth, Export & Long-Term Strategy Scaling intelligently, export realities, retail strategy, partnerships, innovation trends, founder resilience, and planning long-term growth in beauty, wellness, biotech, and the supply chain. Pricing Beauty Builders Club — Second Edition is $200 CAD + applicable taxes for the complete June cohort. The program includes: • 4 live founder sessions • 1.5 hours each • Small interactive cohorts • Limited to 10 participants per session group Spots are intentionally limited to keep discussions interactive, honest, and meaningful.
