Your scientific and technological innovations play a vital role in shaping the future of the cosmetics and perfumery industry. THE COSMETIC VICTORIES, Cosmetic Valley’s flagship scientific competition, is now open to companies, start-ups, R&D teams, and industrial project leaders whose solutions contribute to transforming the sector toward more innovative and sustainable models. The competition is designed to identify, recognize, and showcase projects with strong scientific, technological, and industrial impact across the cosmetics value chain. For its 11th edition, THE COSMETIC VICTORIES places a particular focus on sustainability and the transition of processes, materials, and technologies. 2026 Theme: Scientific progress powering sustainability in the cosmetics sector Eligible projects should propose approaches, methodologies, or technologies that support the development of more responsible cosmetics, including—but not limited to—processes, ingredients, testing methods, packaging, and materials. Areas of interest include knowledge of plants and traditional cosmetic uses, biologically sourced materials, reuse and valorization of by-products, regeneration and biodegradability studies, biomimicry-inspired research, ecotoxicity analysis, and optimization of resource consumption. Participating in THE COSMETIC VICTORIES offers a unique opportunity to gain recognition for the innovative potential of your project while increasing visibility among leading global cosmetics brands. Previous participants include Caudalie, Chanel, Clarins, Coty, Estée Lauder, Groupe Rocher, Hermès, L’Oréal, LVMH Recherche, Naos Group, Nuxe, Puig, Shiseido, Sisley, and many others. Selected projects benefit from support to accelerate development, industrialization, and market entry, as well as opportunities for R&D collaboration, technology transfer, and strategic partnerships. Finalists will also have the exclusive opportunity to present their work during the COSMETIC 360 2026 international trade show conferences at the Carrousel du Louvre, in front of leading brands, industrial players, investors, and key decision-makers. The winning project will receive a €10,000 prize. The competition is open to SMEs, start-ups, and project leaders whose work aligns with the 2026 theme. Application deadline: 31 January 2026
