Weight ingredients of phase A and combine. Mix well until uniform. Add Phase B to a different glass beaker. Heat Phase B to 158F/70C. Add phase B to phase A and blend well until smooth. Cool to 40C/100F. Add phase C, one ingredient at the time, blending well.
