What We Can Do For You
Que Pouvons-Nous Faire Pour Vous
Join Our New Club For Business OwnersBeauty Builders Club is a small, supportive cohort designed to bring cosmetic founders together and help you move forward—faster, and with less stress. After 10 years of working one-on-one with founders through the Canadian Cosmetic Cluster, we’ve seen how powerful it is when entrepreneurs stop building in isolation and start learning alongside others who truly understand the realities of running a product business.
This cohort runs January to April, with weekly 60-minute sessions throughout January, February, and March. It’s built for founders doing it all—product, cash flow, marketing, compliance, operations—and who want practical guidance, real conversation, and a space that feels energizing instead of overwhelming. Each week we tackle one key topic with clear takeaways you can apply immediately. Just as important, you’ll build relationships with other founders—support, accountability, referrals, and collaboration—because we’re not here to compete. We’re here to build together. Together, we’re stronger than alone. |
Beauty Builders Club - Full Payment - Jan-April 2026
Our goal with Beauty Builders Club is simple: bring founders together and provide real support. For the past 10 years, most of the Canadian Cosmetic Cluster’s work has been one-on-one with founders—helping people solve problems, make decisions, and keep moving. But we also know something else is true: founders don’t have to do everything alone, and there is huge value in learning side-by-side with other people who truly understand what it’s like to build a product business from the ground up.
This cohort will run January to April, with weekly 60 minute sessions on Saturdays at 9 am or 3pm EST throughout January, February, and March. It’s designed for founders who are doing it all—building products, managing cash flow, handling marketing, trying to stay compliant, and still keeping the business running. That kind of work can be isolating, and sometimes what you need most isn’t another task list—you need perspective, shared experience, and a room where you can listen, learn, and feel less alone.
Every week we’ll tackle a different issue, in a practical way, so you leave with insights you can use immediately. The Club is also about building supportive relationships—partnerships, referrals, encouragement, and accountability—because we’re not here to compete. We’re here to build together. Together we’re stronger than alone.

On the product side, we support ingredient and formulation strategy—sourcing quality materials, aligning with trends, and making sure your supply can actually keep up as demand grows. On the business side, we help you build a retail game plan for both in-store and online, including market insights, positioning, and partner introductions. And when you’re ready to go bigger, we guide export planning—from regulatory realities to market entry strategy—so you can expand internationally with fewer surprises and a lot more confidence.
