Toronto, Canada – The Canadian Cosmetic Cluster, a Cluster for the Canadian cosmetics industry, is excited to announce its upcoming symposium on Roadblocks to Sustainability for Cosmetics. The symposium will be held on October 20th, at 10:00 am in the city of Bordeaux. This symposium will bring together experts from various fields to discuss the challenges and opportunities for creating a more sustainable cosmetics industry. This Symposium is dedicated to showing the real issues in sustainability and clean beauty between Canadian and French Companies. The focus will be on how tech can be used to solve roadblocks that are currently preventing companies from reaching their goals. There will be a spotlight on issues across the supply chain and bring players together to solve them. The focus of the event will be innovations that can solve the roadblocks. The cosmetics industry is facing increasing pressure to adopt sustainable practices, but many roadblocks stand in the way. The symposium will address these roadblocks and explore ways to overcome them, with the ultimate goal of creating a more sustainable future for the industry. The symposium will bring together experts from across the cosmetic supply chain in France and Canada, including academics, policymakers, business leaders, and other industry representatives. In addition to keynote speeches, the symposium will include panel discussions that will allow attendees to engage with the experts and discuss their own experiences and challenges. The Cosmetic 360 Show is going to return on October 18 & 19, 2023 at the Carrousel du Louvre, bringing together the key players in innovation. This will be the 9th edition of this global innovation tradeshow. The focus this year will be on Clean Tech. This symposium will be part of Cosmetic Week. Additionally there will be a mission from Canada that will be a significant part of this Symposium. Canadian companies will spend a week in France exploring networking with the other Clusters, attending the Cosmetic 360 Show, as well as the Symposium.
